An Australian owned/operated company specialising in pipe welding, plastic and steel fabrication and many associated services, we primarily service the municipal water, rural and mining industries. Our expertise includes HDPE pipe welding (butt and electrofusion), steel and PVC pipeline installation.
While pipe welding is the foundation of our business, over the years we’ve developed the expertise to do much more than that. We’ve regularly managed water related projects including bore field development and dewatering solutions. With proven experience, versatility and skills, we’re well equipped to deliver turnkey solutions and project management services to clients around Australia. Our extensive capabilities include:
- Installing/welding PE/PP pipelines in sizes ranging from 16mm to 1200mm including associated valves/fittings.
- All plastic fabrication including tanks and hoppers, plastic safety guards and motor covers.
- Fabrication of pipe supports, cable trays, steel spools, pump bases, pump skids and more.
- Supplying, installing and maintaining telemetry systems.
- No weld, stainless steel, press fit piping systems up to 150mm.
- Supplying/installing pump transfer stations for transferring water from tanks to a lake or de-watering solutions.
- Fire ring mains services – providing water for sprinkler/hydrant systems to greatly boost water pressure and fire-fighting capability.
- Trenching - we can do the required earthworks for up to 40 kilometres of pipe-laying.
